A good morning shouldn't be a project

Most mornings don't go the way you planned. Somebody can't find a shin guard, the coffee's cold before you sit down, and by the time everyone's in the car, breakfast is whatever's fastest — which too often means the drive-thru on the way to soccer practice. We built Soolu for that exact Tuesday.

Real food, not a supplement in disguise

We started with a simple belief: a great morning starts the night before. Overnight oats already solve the time problem — no stove, no blender, nothing to clean before 7am. What bothered us was what the category had turned into. The overnight oats brands on the shelf leaned so hard into protein counts that they forgot to taste like food. Overly sweet, a little synthetic, more shake than breakfast.

So we did the unglamorous part first: the ingredients. Instead of strawberry flavoring, we use real freeze-dried strawberry slices. Instead of one more scoop of protein for the label, we paired 20g of protein with MyoVera™, which helps your body use it to build and repair muscle. Instead of a probiotic that's mostly marketing, we use BC30, paired with Solnul® resistant potato starch — a true prebiotic-probiotic team, not two ingredients that happen to share a label. Sweetness comes from monk fruit and organic maple sugar, so there's no fake-sugar aftertaste to explain away.

Why we're doing this as a campaign

We're a small team, and we'd rather prove there's real demand before we run a full production batch than guess and hope. That's why we're calling this First Batch — a campaign, not a normal order: you back it now, we make it once enough people are in, and if we somehow don't hit the goal, every order gets refunded in full. No risk to you, and it means every bag we make was already spoken for.

We'd love for you to be one of the people who got us started.
